Yo, this place Is sick! Every time I come, Iβm able to workout in peace and use all the equipment in & out! If I ever have questions, Marco seems to always be there and The Worx is lucky to have him as part of their team! π€

I held a membership for years and began personal training- and had an awesome experience with my trainer. There is a Google review detailing this awesome experience with my trainer. I continued to utilize the equipment (that was not out of order)at gym until the pandemic, and then I was hospitalized on and off for months. I have not used the gym since March 2020. Over the phone explained my illness and hospitalizations to staff and was assured Iβd be canceled as disability and hospital admissions at the time did it allow for me to stop in and cancel. It physically was not possible. I had this conversation with multiple staff members, multiple times, and not one time did the owner or manager call back per my request, nor did they make a note on my account. For months they continued to charge my card until I attempted to resolve the matter once again. You might think that you would notice these charges after such phone calls, but after when your newborn baby is in the Intensive care, everything else falls away. Once I noticed, I immediately canceled my card and disputed charges with the financial company. And called, AGAIN. I wrote a letter to the Boyette location as instructed again by someone on the phone, and surprise- they never received it, and said it takes βup to 4 weeks to receive and enter mail into the systemβ They emailed and called morning noon and night to collect for months that should have never been charged. Once our health allowed, my first stop was Worx 24 hour fitness to cancel my membership. They need the money more than I do, so I paid to be rid of their continued unethical business and harassment.

I called today and they said they should be open this week. Fingers crossed.
Not quite true. No guest after 9pm. Get caught you forfeit your membership. π³
Yes. I paid somewhere around$130 to sign up. Theres a cancellation fee also of $25. All kinds of fees with this one. You have to give 30 days notice in writing and still pay last month even though you pay first and last up front. I stopped going in December and they want me to pay for January February and March even though i called and cancelled in January.
$ 15 per person. Not worth it. You have to pay a lot of money to start. You make life hard to cancel and you have to pay even more to do it. The machines are old. The owners are the worst in the world, specifically the wife. They only care about the money. The only good thing is that it is very clean. Better salts hiemdote to Crunch.
No there is no indoor track
