Had a biopsy at this location in 2016 and they cannot find my records.

I had a cardiac MRI last 7/18/2022 without contrast. Jordan was the staff who helped me with my procedure. I've never had an MRI before, and after taking care of patients for almost 30 years, I now realize why they request an open MRI if possible. It felt like I was in a coffin for a little short of 2 hours. Jordan was very respectful, competent, and professional. Thank you, Jordan! A. Alvarez 7/18/2022. I would have given 5 stars if the front desk staff's attitude had been more patient-friendly or a little less irritable with patients like me.

Maria, the person who did my exam this morning was very helpful and so nice. When she found out that I had another appointment later in the day, she arranged to have it moved up, so I didn't have to come back for it. Simi, who did my 2nd exam, was also very nice and very considerate.

The biopsy they did was inaccurate, resulting in me having to get diagnostic surgery I didn't need. The person who scheduled my biopsy was rude and unprofessional, very callous. In an offhand statement she mentioned that I had two lumps, not one, which was devastating to hear. She said even though there were two, they were only going to biopsy one. The doctor that performed the biopsy was really nice and made me feel safe. But the results of the biopsy incorrectly said that I had a potentially cancerous lump, which conflicted with the earlier ultrasound. They recommended I get surgery to remove the lump to make sure. Turns out the ultrasound was right, it was a benign lump, and now I have to pay hundreds of extra dollars for a surgery I didn't want or need. Absolutely horrific.
