We ordered meals 2 go (as we often do from other area Wegmans with no issue) & they didn’t give us our edamame & pasta salad. When I called to ask for a refund since we don’t live in close proximity to this store I was told there was no way to refund the 2 items & id either be out the $10 or had to drive all the way back to Cheektowaga for the refund in store. I’ve never had such bad customer service at a store much less any other Wegmans.

Clean, well stocked (mostly) and cashier was, as usual, very helpful and nice. As a slightly upscale place, process are a little higher than some stores, but the costs are not outlandish and I don't mind a little extra for the nicer store. About the only part that's kind of obnoxious is the layout. Having to look two or three different places for the same product can be tedious. Oh, here's the cheese. Gosh, this is all expensive-- looks good, but too pricey for me. (Walks three aisles away.) Oh, wait, here's some cheese. Well, that's slightly better priced. Eh, this one I guess. (Keeps shopping, several aisles away...) Um, and here's *more* cheese.

Wegmans is just the best. Besides the great selection of foods and groceries, they absolutely are worthy of their #1 ranking as "Best Places to Work". The checkout person in my aisle had a disability that required him to sit and he didn't have use of his right hand - and Wegmans figured out how to have him work at a register. I am always impressed by their attention to detail - like this little bowl under the soap dispenser in the Men's Room so that it prevented the typical gooey mess from the soap.

Yes, and they are one of the only stores that carries a good selection of Daiya dairy substitutes. They even have vegan ice cream (So Delicious brand).
I haven't seen it at this location, well if you're looking for a "Ready to cook" sort. In theory, you could buy each ingrediant, grind it, add seasoning, and cook. Have never done it myself but your question intrigued me and I started searching online and it seems possible. Wonder if somewhere like Federals or a Halal grocer would have it.
No, New York state doesn't permit liquor to be sold in grocery stores. I think certain "wine" can be but it's like... limited extensively and (I think) super low alcohol content (like think the super cheap stuff) A few Wegmans in the area have liquor stores that are basically adjacent to them (think the company got in trouble for it at some point if not mistaken) but to answer your question: No. Just beer and wine cooler stuff like any other grocery store/gas station in NYS.
They carry Crystal Light though unsure if they carry that specific flavor. Should be able to check through their app (you can search by store)
Not that I am aware of. Tops, price rite, and save alot had none as well as of today. Sam's club has the frozen chicken breasts, I was just there. Hope you can find some
