Simple fix that I’ve asked about every time it happens . I order ahead to pick up via mobile app when I get there the name is never facing outwards for me to see . I’ve asked every time if it would be possible to let clients see their name . I stood there for 5 minutes and had to ask can you spin the cups so I can see my name ? Hopefully you can start today for me and everyone else that needs to ask to see their names so we don’t have to touch one another’s cups. Thanks

I am a Starbucks junkie , and unfortunately this is by far the worst location there is , the drinks are so incredibly weak ! I usually get a strawberry açaí refresher and it always tastes like dirty water , and I could never figure out how because I watch them measure it like ever other location, so I asked for a side of base to make it stronger and realized that what they do is water everything down !!! I know better then to go to this one , but every once in awhile I give it a try so I don’t have to drive 20 mins elsewhere , never again !!! But the staff is super friendly lol

As always, ordered with Mobile App. Ordered from the parking lot so I was not expecting my latte to be ready. They apologized multiple times and on way out the manager gave me a gift card for $4. They truly care about service. I go to Starbucks multiple times a day and have never even been apologized to for my drink not being ready and many times it should have been ready. Keep up the good work.
