So I ordered a grilled cheese with tomato and mayo and paid extra, but all I got was a plain grilled cheese. I also ordered a Medium Carmel iced coffee with 2 creams and extra shot of Carmel which I paid for, but all I received was a iced coffee with cream. When I went back around they wouldn't correct it without recharging me even tho I legit was just there. Very disappointing that I paid extra for the items I didn't get and then after going right back they wouldn't correct it for me.

Go there all the time service is normally great, had the rudest lady working the window today basically yell at me for asking for a tray for my drinks! She didn’t ask if I needed a tray or put and drink sleeves on my coffee either will be going to different tim hortons from now on.
