I was impressed on how well the staff handled the challenge. My group of thirty people arrived at opening hour (4 PM). We were seated and "beverages" quickly. The food which is pub fare was servered quickly and accurately. I enjoyed my Ruben there very much. It was served hot The texture, taste and overall quality of the food guarantees my return. We love 78 but tonights double order of wings were not cooked all the way. Asked for extra sauce on the wings and they were dry. My fiance bit into her wing and spit it out because the inside was pink. Opened up a few more and they were undercooked. Wings are expensive and we just had to throw them away.
