This folks were kind enough to tolerate myself&4lbDogBaby, we got stranded in Salinas. I know this isnt a safe town, so the bus, train station let me be til I was picked up. Now the train dumped me in klamath where I was robbed and attracted so I hav wd good to say bout AMTRAC

I paid for my ticket and waited for the bus from the salinas bus to santa barbara to come, only it's been and a half and it hasn't. The website failed in giving me an arrival time and it's agents are similarly clueless. They are using the same websites I am to track the bus and get its arrival information. I hope that greyhound gets itself together. it's failing miserably at its job.

Nice, clean, and operable on Sunday. This station is at AmTrak depot, not the location at the back door of Rollicks.

Waited for the 1am bus to LA, never came. Customer service told us to reschedule in the morning. Then when calling in the morning they said the bus arrived and didn’t want to reschedule. Terrible customer service, awful operations schedules. Avoid at all cost.
