I lived here for 3 years and while I didn’t care for Riverdale (boring), the Century was a great transition spot after moving out of Manhattan. The Mgmt was great. The rent affordable. The local elementary school - thumbs up. And the after school program at TCR was amazing. Pros and cons. Depends what you’re looking for.

The Century Tower is a residential building with lots of Doctor's offices on the main floor. The building has multiple elevators, laundry on site, doorman and mailroom-to receive your packages. Maintenance is on hand for any household problems. There's also a gym membership with a pool and sauna. Residents receive a discounted price. You can also pay for a massage, facial and mani-pedi if you wish.

I currently live here and love it. Nothing is perfect but the management does their best to ensure the safety and wellness of tenants. Doormen are kind. Tenants look out for each other. It's a pretty 'well-run-ship' compared to the 4 other apartments I've lived in throughout NYC over the past 12 years.

Most disrespectful and rudest front desk man or whatever he is working there. He has no training whatsoever and talks to people the way he feels like. Completely racist with the comments he made towards me and downright full of himself. Came there for an appointment in one of the offices and won’t be coming back because of type of people this building has working representing it right at the front desk.
