I came to order breakfast at 6:35am and sat in the drive thru for 10 min no one took my order I kept saying hello no answer. Very unprofessional

Just went through the drive thru and had Joe take care of me his customer service was EXCELLENT never had that good of customer service, he was really kind honorable and overall friendly and inviting this will be my only Wendy's I go to as long as he works here keep up the good work Joe if ya see this and if his manager sees this GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE -Noah (Ordered Baconater meal Large with a Root beer)

I was at this location today at approximately 4:45pm. Not one customer inside the place. One girl working near the fryers preparing orders, one guy jjust standing around, and two girls in what appears to be a supply room, and they're chatting it up. Not one person came up to take my order. After a while, I left and went across the street, to Chic FIL A. FYI, the market salad was outstanding, and so was the service.

Delicious freshly prepared fish combo. . .was even better than Arby's. Very courteous young male employee actually opened and held the entry door for me. He also took my order. Everyone was fast, efficient and friendly. Dining area was neat and clean. Only downer was the sticky floor on the southern side of the room.
