Enterprise has been good to me . I recently took my trip to Alabama and Christina from Brookline branch helped me get into a nice suv and on the returning hand, D from Brookline branch was waiting for me on the return. Asked me about my experience did I have any issues, “all I can say is no” it was a good experience. I definitely enjoy renting from enterprise.

Was able to make a reservation two days before I needed a car. At the pickup, despite the store being quite crowded, I only had to wait a few minutes before I was on my way. After-hours drop off was easy and convenient. Great, easy experience overall and I would certainly use Enterprise in Brookline again.

Andy really helped us out a few weeks ago. Zipcar dropped the ball so we were without a car and spent 5 hours scrambling to find a replacement. Andy managed to help us secure a car when we stopped by, right before closing (sorry about that), and he was friendly and efficient in getting us booked and ready to go. We’ll definitely be renting from this location again. Thanks!

Abysmal customer service at this location. Not only was I mis-led by employees at this location, one went as far as to imply that I was lying to her... Then three employees cornered me, gave me flak for having a dog on the premises at all and accused me of trying to intimidate them. I've had two weeklong rentals from agency's in Allston/Brookline and this one was the worst by a landslide. Check out the Hertz up the street for true customer service.

As long as you return it to the same company you can however they will charge you a fee for that.
I tried a lot with no success. People that work there have their working e mail but a general email for the location doesn't seem to exist. Call them!!
