Purchased a b-day gift for a friend. Candies made on site. Nice & fresh. Lots of choices. I highly recommend this place.

I had the absolute pleasure of working at Phillips for three years when living in Boston, and miss it constantly (and miss eating chocolate daily constantly too). This family owned business is a Boston staple, the oldest chocolatier in Boston started in 1925, with a really beautiful history and legacy. An occasional visit by Mark Wahlberg was pretty cool too. The confections are all made on sight, and overnight, by brilliant chocolatiers. You couldn't go wrong with anything you picked, from their famous turtles and fudge, to the chocolate covered cherries or almond buttercrunch. The aroma of chocolate fills your nose the moment you walk in, tempting you to try it all. Having been out of the area for over 7 years, I bought all of my favorites to last me through the winter (although I was sad to see the wintergreen patties were no more). It's getting to be that time for the giant filled Easter Eggs too. Do yourself a favor and stop in, you will not be disappointed.

Phillips Chocolates instantly became my favorite chocolate shop in Boston as soon as I found it. It's a small and unassuming place, but the candies are SO GOOD! My personal favorite is the milk chocolate almond turtle with sea salt. I've been buying boxes for gifts and everyone who's tried them loved them.

I didn't see any at the store
Limited in store customers, required mask wearing, social distancing for check out
No they don't. But they are open for retail service(in person, in store). Very. Good chocolates and sweets worth the trip
I haven't tried that form of payment, Sandy.
I have been in the store while outertowners made a pick up.
They have a storefront in the South Shore Plaza mall as well in Braintree
My kids always look forward to the peppermint bark. Excellent and fresh here.
