Was over charged for dumpster removal. When questioned why the fee was so high, the owner stated he would look into and get back to me. After several calls and texts I made, I still have not heard back! There are too many other services to chose from. Do not go with this group!

Been using for two years now at seven different locations. I call, they haul. I put down a tape mark for drop, and driver nails it every time. Never an issue with tearing up driveway or lawn as they are careful, place wood blocks or plain tell me there is "no way to do it without leaving a track". Great dispatcher, great drivers. SPW

You will be required to pull a permit from your local Department of Public Works or Police Department to place a dumpster on any street or public land.

Yes, lawn mowers, as well as other small power equipment, can be disposed of in our dumpsters. First YOU MUST DRAIN THE OIL AND GAS OUT of any power equipment before disposing of it.
Massachusetts solid waste regulations (310 CMR 19.017) ban the disposal or transfer for disposal certain recyclable and hazardous materials. We only need a 24-hour notice to deliver or pick up your dumpster. All Waste Removal, Inc. also provides SAME DAY SERVICE in the Greater Springfield area.
We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. If paying by check, we require a valid credit card to be on file to complete your order. If paying by CASH, we require an additional $200.00 cash deposit and the base price of the dumpster upon delivery.
Yes, you can mix different types of materials in our dumpsters. Construction debris, household items, metals, plastics, furniture, concrete, etc., can all go in the same dumpster. Yard waste must be kept separate according to Massachusetts waste and recycling regulations. Please call us for pricing.
Payment is due in full upon delivery of the dumpster to your property. This payment includes delivery & pick up, the specified tonnage per requested size, and the specific rental period listed on your Service Agreement.
You CANNOT put any of the following into the dumpster – paints, oils, liquids, chemicals, pesticides, hazardous waste, flammable materials, propane tanks, car batteries or any material containing Asbestos. *Violators will be prosecuted and/or fined.
Quick answer: Yes & No. If you CANNOT be onsite at the time of delivery, All Waste Removal, Inc offers a couple of “contact-free” options. You may order online or over the phone. Either way, we require a signature on our Service Agreement. E-sign online at www.AllWasteRemoval.com or we can email an agreement to you so you can sign and email back to us without any person-to-person interaction. We do require a clearly described or marked drop-off location.

Yes, all of our dumpsters have an 8-foot-wide door on the rear allowing for you to walk in and place your items without having to throw them over the side. This allows for easier access to dispose of larger items.
The base price of your dumpster rental includes up to 10 days with the dumpster – unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Additional rental fees may apply after the rental end date listed on your service agreement. Maximum rental term is 30 days. It is your responsibility to call and schedule the dumpster removal or extend the agreement.
All of our dumpsters have a “maximum loading level” sticker on the top rim of the dumpster. Anything sticking over the sides of the dumpster may interfere with our tarp system used to secure the load while going down the road. When you are done loading, nothing should be sticking up above the sides of the dumpster. Overloaded dumpsters may be left onsite for customers to correct the loading issue. Additional rental fees or trucking charges could apply.

All Waste Removal has never had a fuel surcharge in the past and we do not plan on charging our customers in the future for a fuel surcharge.
