Absolutely love this place, and especially the owner, Peter. He was very informative and was just concerned with doing right by wife and myself more so than at making money. This quality is a rarity these days. The two ebikes we rode did the job, just as Peter had forecasted. I even saw Peter going through great lengths to add a seat for a young child on one of the bikes being rented. The price was very reasonable- $42/3 hours- but the bikes are used, so you can expect some wear and tear on some of the bikes. No big deal to us- worked fine. Besides, you are listening to a guy who drives a 20 year-old Honda CRV, so I have no problem getting along with “older.” Lastly, you are just a few blocks away from the beginning of the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, which I consider a must if you are going to bike. The best priced and helpful staff we have used in Anchorage. The staff..Ben, Granson and Eli all knew the area....mapped out a beautiful ride, sized our bikes and all while having the best prices in town. All bikes available including the E- Bikes. The owner also offers guided hiking tours, repairs and sales. You won't be disappointed

We cannot recommend this place enough. The owner is really helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and have a great time. He spent at least 30 min with us asking us to try different bikes. We tried tandem/electric fat tire and regular bike. We went with fat tire electric bike. It was so fun to ride. The shop is very close to the start of the Tony Knowles coast trail, and once you get on the trail it it 22 mile round trip. I would highly recommend electric bike if you don't ride bike frequently, since you can let the bike do all the work when you are tired on the way back. :)

We had a very positive experience with this bike rental service. First, the owner Peter let us take time to pick and try our preferred road bikes; then based on our bikes, he drew a detailed 25 miles loop route on the map. Before I realized it was raining, Peter pulled out a raincoat for me, and asked me to try it on (free). He even noticed my trousers not properly tied up for the biking and advised rolling it up. I was really impressed by his detail-oriented service. During our 4 hours biking, we saw two jet aircrafts taking off near airport, a big moose and a beautiful lake surrounded by colorful seaplanes. It was a wonderful way to see the city during our first time visit!
