Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This web site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. Nice hotel. We had good service and you really would be hard pressed to find a better location. Eazy walk to most things you might want. Only odd thing is the gym is segregated men and women. The restaurant on top of the building is nice with a beautiful view. Definitely a upscale place.

Stayed one night before a Princess cruise tour. The hotel is older and so are the furnishings ,but that adds to its history and charm. Our shower didn’t work so maintenance came up. Jeramy was excellent. He worked hard to fix the shower and then even helped us fix our luggage which had a broken handle. He was great and successful with both problems. The room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay

Clean and spacious rooms. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Did not dine at hotel but other guests said they had good experiences. Only critique...lobby seating is spread out and sparse. Could not find a trash receptacle anywhere. We were there for just one night but this place would be very comfortable for longer stays.

Love it! It’s very classic hotel and the best restaurant in town. (Crow’s nest) you must make a reservation in advance for better experience. We booked junior suite. Not bad at all. We love the big widows and it can be opened few inches as well. Allowed us to get some fresh air in winter. Room has big heating walls. Very comfortable.

Captain Cook Hotel does have breakfast, but Snow Cindy is less that a block and is excellent.
Yes , welcome!
Don't know if they do. Co tact them.
21 according to their site
Call the main desk at the hotel
Not sure, only spent 1 night but there were bags in closet for laundry
Yeah same here. Never looked for it. But you can ask concierge for water at least.
Your question will have to be answered by the property directly.
3 PM is what I believe is regular check in time. You can always call to see if an earlier check in is available.
I agree with Bryan. You may have to call them and they may be able to accommodate your specific needs. They do have great customer service and their concierge people are very helpful as well.
Yes on wifi. If youvask for breaksfast package you get continental brakfast on the top floor of your tower.
Noon
They open at 6AM and close at 2PM. You can call in a order to go at 6. They will supply all you need to eat it. Also go for the crab omlette if you like such things. I also choose the roasted potatoes over the hash browns. They also make a good in house salsa too.
No roof access I'm afraid, but you can get good city photos from the bar area of the Crow's Nest. If you want good photos of the sea and not the city ask to be in Tower II above the 14th floor.

We had a tour through Princess and they took us by shuttle to the Captain Cook for free.
No, but Enterprise Rent-a-car is 1.5 miles away along with other car rental businesses downtown
