Any jewelry that we own is not only ( or always!) expensive but extremely sentimental.. my fire fighter husband has a saint Christopher that he has been wearing on his neck for 15 years since an accident involving him a drunk driver while he was attending care to a patient in an ambulance.. The Saint Christopher was given to him while he was recovering from a traumatic injury. In any case, after so many years of wearing, it finally wore down enough to require a repair. We brought it here and I cannot tell you how very happy and impressed I was with the service. They quoted me 4-6 days for a fix (which is totally fair) and that was perfectly acceptable to me, however called me a few hours later to let me know it was completed! It looks beautiful the work is impeccable, it’s very shiny and clean and the customer service both at pick up and delivery were amazing by 2 different employees. And as an added bonus they cleaned and inspected my wedding ring. I will never use another jewelry repair place except for these guys. Thank you for doing such a great job I am one appreciative and happy customer!!! Also as a lifelong Alaskan I appreciate working with local folks. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a nice place. I got my watch band fixed that Citizen said they didn’t have the spare pin part and Fred Meyer’s jeweler was a joke. 5$ Out the door. Citizen offered me a new band for $275. It cost me more to park. Glad to see there are some craftsmen left in the world. 100% recommend.

These guys were amazing to work with. I had a last minute gift I needed to have engraved and they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to get it done, gave me a discount, and a nice polish cloth even! Thank you guys so much for all the effort! GOD BLESS 🕊

Questions & Answers

Do you engrave rings?

Bryce Green | Aug 26, 2021
Daniel Eisman | Aug 26, 2021

Yes! We can engrave the inside of most rings, as long as they're at least 2 mm wide. We do all the work right here in the shop, and it costs just $35. Hope this helps - feel free to call us if you have any additional questions!

Need to find out how much it's gonna cost to have a size 7resized to an 11

The cost to size a ring normally depends on 3 things: (1) the type of metal, (2) the type of stones, and (3) whether the ring is getting bigger or smaller. Why's there a range? First, because certain metals are more expensive than others: it costs more to add extra gold than it does to add extra silver. Second, because certain stones are heat-sensitive, and need to be unset during sizing to protect them (which can add to the labor costs). Most sizings run somewhere between $55 and $125 (though they can go as low as $45, or as high as $350). As soon as we see the ring, we can tell you exactly how much it will be! All sizings come with a complete, complimentary refurbish: we polish the ring to make the metal gleam, steam clean the diamonds, and return your ring to looking like it did the day you bought it! If you still have questions, please call us anytime - we'll be happy to help!

Hi I have a broken necklace do you guys fixed necklace and how much

Harry Uiki | Aug 26, 2020
Daniel Eisman | Aug 26, 2021

The cost depends on a few things: which part of the necklace is broken (the clasp, or the middle of the chain), along with what type of metal it is - and even whether the necklace is solid or hollow. Most repairs in the middle of the chain start around $35 - $40, while new clasps usually run about $50-$100 with the solder. Obviously, there are variations - it's sort of like asking how much it costs to replace a tire without knowing whether we're putting it on a Ford Taurus or a monster truck - but as soon as we see the necklace, we can tell you exactly how much it'll cost! We hope this helps - if you still have questions, please feel free to call us anytime!
