Yes for a fee. You can also recycle sinks and toilets at habitat for humanity in Williston.
I think it's $5 per tire and not all locations take them. Pine Street does for sure.

Pine St does on specially advertised days. The enviromental depot at 1011 Airport Pkwy takes hazardous materials Wed - Sat.
