Jim was exceptional. I bought a set of irons in March with the 90-day playability agreement, brought them back with 5 days left to work out some kinks. There ended up being an incorrect sizing issue that was missed the first time. I also wanted to look at a new club head as well. He brought out a very similar head, forged, and I fell in love. All in all, Jim was very personable, friendly, and helpful. He goes the route of finding what is truly best for you, rather than trying to sell the newest and most expensive items; helps that he's from Michigan too. Go Blue.

Came in for a fitting. He was very patient and I learned a lot about how the tweak my game. By adding a half inch to my clubs really did a lot for my grouping. The staff has been exceptional and he cannot beat the 15% off for military. And I love these new golf shoes

I wanted to say I truly appreciated working with Amber. She truly helped me get everything dialed in for my new purchase of my new Taylormade Sim 2 max driver. After I checked out, she took me back to find tune the final adjustments. Amber was super knowledgeable when it comes to golf not to mention her ability to interpret analytics to dial it in to a tee! PGA Superstore is 0/2 with me on club fittings. The first one was at the Sarasota location for a driver fitting. The launch monitor was set up at an angle and read all shots as a slice do to that. I owns a launch monitor myself and understand how they work but the employee insisted that it was me. I went to another club fitter the same day and guess what. Launch monitor was set up correctly, they were cheaper and 10X more knowledgeable than the PGA Superstore “club fitter”. Fast forward two years. This location opened up near my house and I went in to check out some irons. One of the employees talked me into doing a fitting after hearing about my previous experience. Well… I drive all the way out to the store to find out that they scheduled me for the wrong day. The store has an abundance of equipment which is nice. However, their prices are high and the staff is not as knowledgeable as you would hope. Shop your options, there are better prices and experts out there for fittings at the same price (typically cheaper).

Yes. An electronic gift card works the same way as a physical gift card. It is emailed to the recipient and can be used both in our retail stores and online. Please be advised it can take up to 24 hours from order placement for the gift card to be sent.
FEDEX SmartPost utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery. This allows for a lower cost shipping option as well as ensures we are able to reach every US address, including PO Boxes.
We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. In order to cut down on transit times and provide a vast product assortment, we ship via FEDEX from various store locations across the country. If your item ships directly from the manufacturer, it may arrive via UPS or USPS as well. Even if your order is shipped in multiple packages, there will be no additional shipping charges incurred.

Merchandise purchased online can be returned by calling or emailing Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Online purchases may also be returned in any of our retail store locations. At this time, merchandise purchased in a store location may not be returned online.

Yes. In-store credit is issued in the form of a physical gift card. Credits can be applied on an online order just like a regular gift card during check out processing. The same applies with a gift card issued or purchased online as those can be used in a store location.
