The staff are nasty. We were there yesterday patiently waiting to be served (we understood there were only 2 n 1 was heavily pregnant), there were 3 little girls in line Infront of us the older lady yelled at the little girls because they were not fast enough grabbing their food when they had already been waiting over 15 min for it. We waited 15 more after that. When they finally came to us I let them know it was 2 separate orders mine was all ice cream, my friend was ordering food and ice cream there were about 10 kids in total. I got my ice cream (after close to 40 min standing there) but when she came back to take my friend order she told my friend there were no more ice cream(not true they sold to someone else) and we bothered too much and to get away from her window. When my friend and my daughter told me what she said I went to window and nicely explain that we were paying customer and we were paying for the service given. She shut window in my face almost pinching my fingers and told me to get away from her window or she was going to call the cops on me and my kids and nephews

I ordered my food and was asked to go to the other side to wait for it. After 15 minutes of waiting I walked to the window to find out that they didnt even start my order and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. When I asked to be compensated for the wait I was told that they didnt have time for that as if 30 minutes of waiting is considered acceptable fast food service.

The girl at drive thru was rude from start to finish. Made me feel like she could care less about the customers. I honestly feel that employees should always be polite. The burger I got was sloppy. Fries and Chilli dog were good. Disappointed in my overall experience.

Checkers double-chicken is the BEST! Succulent & hot, the cheese was no extra $. The manager and employees are efficient & kind. Go for the 2/$5 and mix-and-match!
