UPS consistently gives poor service in Joplin, MO. The drivers say they left a package on the porch, but never did. They say they attempted delivery, but never did as I was outside waiting when they say they tried. I have had to file claims and chase my packages down. There is a problem with this site. I hope a higher up sees this review and fixes the problems.

Notified me that my package was out for delivery this morning and would arrive by 8pm but according to their tracking info they drove it around town for 8 hours and then took it back to their facility by 4:30pm without ever attempting to deliver it at all or even driving by my house. Please don't just cruise around town with people's deliveries, actually deliver them. Especially if you've already notified them that they're out for delivery.

The customer counter is open from 9-10 in the morning and again from 3-6:30 or so in the afternoon.
