This is one of the worst operations I have dealt with in a long time! Called to begin residential service on a weekly basis....contract comes through as every other week. Called them back and corrected it and confirmed delivery of trash and recycling bins with 2 different people.... Bins NEVER show up on scheduled day. Call back and am advised because of holiday it would be delivered on 12/27....Did not get delivered! Called and advised they would not be delivered until the start of service on Jan 2. 3 strikes.... THEY'RE OUT! Got the sense this large company just can't be bothered. Customer service is an oxymoron!

I rate Republic Services a ZERO for their customer service. They keep billing my Mother who passed away in September and the account was closed. I called customer service and the bill was supposed to be zeroed out in December after wasting 35 minutes on the phone. Here two month later and I am getting bills again. Called customer service again and she basically hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

I find this Not to be True it is Republic Services company policy to provide the Best customer service, any complaints will be delt with immediately. all the driver's I have spoke with have been very friendly respectful and courteous I have been a Customer for year's Never had a problem, I highly Recommend this Company to anyone.
