My appointment was at 3pm and they started shortly after that. Only had to wait 1 1/2 hours for completion of the work. Friendly employees. Would recommend this location and will return myself when I need work on my car.

They were very quick, professional and helped me out with understanding what is going on with my SUV. I would certainly recommend them to everyone especially single women who often avoid these shops, as they're generally Leary of mechanic professionals speaking to technical to understand. The team here was amazing!!

I can't get over how wonderful the folks at this Meineke location are -- especially Mike. A few months ago I couldn't get my check engine light to go off, and because of it failed inspection. Mike ran diagnostic and there was nothing wrong with my car, we just needed to get the light to reset. He told me to drive 100 miles then come back to make sure the code was wiped. I drove 100 miles and came back, the code was still there. Drove some more and came back, code was still there. Repeat a few more times. I had to have bothered Mike and his team 4 or 5 times to check the code and not once did they have an issue. What did he charge me? $0. I couldn't believe it. Today I went back for an oil change. Mike said it would be about 45 minutes. I didn't care, they have great Wi-Fi. About an hour and 15 minutes later my car is ready and Mike says the bill is on him because I "was there forever." I refused, and paid for the oil change, but just the fact that he offered made my jaw drop to the ground. I sincerely thought most of the good in the world was gone. I already am, and will continue to be a repeat customer. Mike and his team are great!
