When an order from Doordash was mixed up we called this sonic to figure out what was wrong. Carmen, the store manager was excellent and so very helpful in getting the order fulfilled and her and her team went above and beyond. Cheers to them! We'll be back!

I ordered a crazy looking sandwich that looked interesting. It was bacon cheese burger with lettuce tomato and a big onion ring on Texas Toast! I get no Onion ring? It’s like the big thing about this sandwich the onion ring and Texas toast! And it was so sloppy. I already pulled away and Gas is over $5 a gallon. The worst experience

The time my food took to because served to me was ~50 minutes. I didn’t receive my sauce while still being charged for it so I ask for some and that never came in the 30 minutes of eating. The food was not even meh. If I had to sum it all up I would say, LAZY! P.S I went to the Chick-fil-A across the street for sauce P.P.S Just go to the Chick-fil-A

I just went there twice and the customer service was horrible. They kept getting our order wrong. The second time I went there, the customer service was better and they got my order correct. The day time crew was better then the night crew. Although, I order almost the same thing when I go there. They need to get it together, but not all Sonics are the same. I've been to the one in Elkton Maryland, and it was good service.
