Racist management and employees disrespectful employees and management overworked people underpay HR horrible people when you have a complaint or concern they brush it off they allow people to throw your insulin away they allow people to call you the n words and a girl name Kyra kochmansky lies to get a man in trouble so he quit so sick

Before dollar day many items that should be a dollar on Sunday end up having the prices & color changed the night before. I find it to be very unethical and disappointing as a shopper. The price should be the price and not changed. If their prices were more reasonable they wouldn't have to do this in the 1st place. And this is not a one time thing I've seen on multiple Occasions.

I used to love this goodwill. The only positive is the employees who work the register and the managers are really nice. However, it’s almost impossible to shop here anymore. I’ve been in twice over the past 6 months where they were filming stuff for corporate I’m guessing, so all the lights were off in the store and studio lights were blasting right at myself and other customers. They have also started BOPIS (buy online pickup in store) which is just the worst. The employees literally cut you off while you look to pull stuff for it. Not only that but it makes the racks bare and the prices for stuff that they aren’t reselling online astronomical. I’m talking $29.99 for basic mall brands that cost less than that retail. Today while in also an employee was vacuuming (isn’t the first time this has happened), and I couldn’t look where he was or push my cart over the cord on the floor. It’s like they don’t want actual customers in the store.

Rude staff that closes lines while your currently in line after waiting for over 30mins in line. I completely understand needing a break or closing a line but to not take care of the customers that have been in line for so long is unfair to ask them to go to the back of another line and wait again.Thank you for the review, Maritza.
