I would as Bryan (one of the owners of Conway Dry Cleaners) put it, "FIND ANOTHER DRY CLEANER". The pricing for their services is rather premium, and after bringing them over $500 in business they ended up ruining a $100 - $120 Scotch & Soda (brand) sweater that they dry cleaned. When I spoke with Bryan over the phone about the issue and calmly explained I understand accidents happen, but ultimately they'd have to at least offer me a reasonable credit for their mistake - he ended up hanging up the phone on me and just before he did so said "find another dry cleaners". I love supporting local small businesses as i run one myself, but I HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere for your dry cleaning. Look through my other Google reviews as you'll see I'm always fair and reasonable (and usually complimentary).
