I had made my teenage son an appointment over three weeks ago they make you do two appointments before you can even get your child the help they need. We went in today the Girl at the front desk asked me for his Dob and name I gave it to her and she said we were checked in and to go to the waiting area, Two and a half hours later I ask what the hold up is and her boss comes out and says he was never I feel ghis checked in I was very upset my son is going to a licensed therapist already who is amazing but he needed some medication the only thing I was told was the people are new that is not a good reason Train your staff and all the lady Could say is I will talk to the head Dr we got no new appointment and she just let us walk out This is very rude and bad Business I'm not a happy Mom. I feel this clinic does not care either way my time is valuable and so is my sons please make it right.

Horrible CSU! NEVER go here. The staff is a joke! Rude. After dealing with there by for to says I lost it and discharged! Not sure that is even legal! The dr not American and didn't understand me.

Absolutely horrible. Been waiting two weeks for my sons prescription. Waiting two weeks for medical records. My son has to have them for school to get the right help. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. I’d rather jump off a bridge than come back to that this place. All this place gives me is anxiety and fill me with anger.

This place is the absolute worst and should be shut down. They do not return phone calls. Even when we tell them that the medicine isn’t working and making things worse. This is NOT a place to call if you have mental issues. They do not care about their patients at all.
