My Doctor, Peter Agnello, is an excellent doctor. The problem is that communication to the doctor or business has become nonexistent. Phone calls directed to the office connect to a "mailbox is full" message and a hang up. Communications through the website generate "we got your message" responses, but no followup. Communication to the actual doctor and staff through the patient portal don't get through either. I finally spoke to the doctor's latest PA last week, who told me the portal messages aren't getting through because "I" was directing it to a PA that no longer works there. (Not true... I was directing my message to the doctor and his "staff"). Getting to speak to that PA was a chore too, because I had to call the appointment desk and ask them to send the message fore me. Now, nearly a week later, I am still waiting for the PA that finally called me back, and did not make a promised return call, to finally ask the doctor my questions and get back to me. I have tried to find corporate ownership in this business to let them know the poor state of the communications systems. So far every attempt has resulted in another reach out communication with no response. I may try the local news channels next.

Originally went in for an allergy test. I had asked Dr Nofsinger to set me up for an allergy test. I'm guessing she didn't hear me between two interruptions of people coming in to ask her questions. Instead of getting time that I paid for to discuss my concerns with the Dr.
