Our whole family goes to this practice. The adults see Tera and our infant sees Dr. Ackley. We absolutely love the providers and staff and are always very impressed with how fast they are. We have never waited more than a few minutes past our appointment time, which is impressive for medical appointments! Dr. Ackley has been absolutely amazing- she has been patient and spent so much time answering all of our new parent questions. Highly recommend this practice!

While the doctors are ‘usually’ attentive, compassionate, and sufficient with the care they provide (over the years our entire family has seen either: Tera Richey; Karen Ackley; Mark Bilella) you need to get through the front office staff first. Both my daughter and myself were told (different occasions) to go back to the ER/Urgent Care if the appointments they offered (each time 3-4 days later) were not sufficient. This is even after the ER said to follow-up with our PCP’s within 24-48 hours. Incredibly abhorrent that this is their way of ‘providing care’ while ‘covering their a$$’. I will be letting my insurance carrier know this is how they operate, especially in a time when most insurance companies try to decrease the amount of ER visits, instead promoting PCP care. Calling first thing in the AM doesn’t matter — you’re not getting through. I expressed my frustration early this week and was rewarded by being discharged from the practice because I told them the appointment 4 days later was not good enough — they released my ENTIRE family. I called back to talk to the Office Manager, asking if the calls were recorded so she could personally hear the disgraceful way the front office staff interacts with patients, and was told ‘no, we don’t record the calls’ and simply put through a Medical Records voicemail to retrieve our medical records. Seriously, find another practice — the staff alone will put you in the hospital … LITERALLY.
