I can't express enough how great it was dealing with Jeff. Jeff manages the store and also does the installs. Going against staff recommendations (staff is all great too), I purchased a new single speed pump. It was very finiky and would keep getting "clogged", I guess is the word. Jeff had to come back out 3-4 times. Each time he gave me advice on what to do and what not to do. This pump was not meant to be. I just blame my overall setup. The last time Jeff came out (2 months after original install) I asked him if he can take this pump back, and get me a better quality variable speed version, and I'd pay the difference. He said he would try and it may take a couple of week. I got a call later that day and it was approved. He then said he'd try to get me on the install calendar within 2 weeks. I said no problem but he was out the next day. Someone cancelled and he wasted no time taking care of me. This is exceptional service and the model for how businesses should be run.

Excellent service! Our pool Tech(s) Joe and Adam, are a cut above the rest! They are very professional and through with their work on our pool! Joe and Adam, worked in the rain and were so very helpful to us, even though it was raining "cats & dogs", Joe notice my vacuum hose was torn, he notified us, offered to bring another hose from the shop, but we had spares that he used and replaced the hose while Adam continued sweeping... did I mentioned it was raining... a lot! Joe and Adam went above and beyond the call of duty and we appreciate them both. This location is an A+ pool company!

Paul was so helpful with a part for our in ground super dated jacuzzi spa. Totally came up with the piece we needed to get the motor running again! Superb customer service! Seriously a 1979 spa part.....and he had it! We really couldn't even find it online.
