Ok. We picked our cat up today and she had some labs done. We requested a copy of the labs so we can verify the results and to ensure that the labs were actually completed. Well they didn't give it to us. Thats okay, because we understand that mistakes happen. I then call to say, hey we requested labs but the results are not here. The lady who picked up the phone, Lisa K., was unbelievably rude. She was adamant that i was wrong and that she gave me the labs. I explained to her that they were not there and after she took a nice big sigh of annoyance, realized she was wrong. Horrible customer service. Not to mention that the vet didn't seem to know anything and we left yet again, with no answers. I'm sure that all Banfield hospitals are not this poor but I highly recommend you do not use this location. This is not the first time that I have been so frustrated with the terrible customer service. We will not be returning.

The staff here is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond during our visit. My cat was having health major issues and everyone on staff took the time to make sure I understood everything and that both my cat and I were comfortable. They turned what was a stressful situation into a super positive one and I left feeling really good about the treatment plan for my cat. We will definitely be back!

The vets are good, they take the time to answer my questions and explain things so I can understand. The front desk staff is another story. They will place you on hold for any amount of time with no explanation or apology. Then their voice and demeanor is rushed and rude. I will be driving further to a different Banfield in the hopes that another office can treat their customers with respect. This place seems to think they are doing me a favor. I'm tired of being treated like I'm an inconvenience for them.

Banfield has been in my pets' lives for many years....each location has been top notch, caring professionals, with loads of heart. They have cared for our furbabies making sure they kept them healthy. Even during the time my Munchkin was going through her sickness, they were kind and empathize with us during the process and our loss. Now a new chapter has begun with Coco, a vibrant high energy member of our family. This terrier is ready to make lots of memories for sure, healthy and with the best care around.
