What a amazing experience,….. Started the morning with a uninvited guest,…. A Raccoon in the Soffit and Not Knowing where he is located !!!!! Called Quick Catch at 8:00 am and discussed the concern and issue. Asked for a Technician ASAP ! The representative handed me to Amanda MGR. She listened to the issue and my request for a Technician ., within minutes she said how about 10:00am , yes the same day ! The Tech John Long arrived on time and looked the point of entrance. He than asked many questions to determine if the Raccoon was still in the Soffit or up in Garage Attic or the Second floor Attic . He prepared a plan to locate traps outside and in the attics ….. Within 2 hours we had a plan , Amazing…. That evening we heard many disturbing sounds Coming from the attic… Call the next day and two technicians arrived by 10 am John & Wes … Wes said we would probably capture the Raccoon that evening in and he would come back regardless what time !!!! Customer Satisfaction again “ Amazing “. NO Luck the next day , but John called in the am stating that he coming with David who was going to check the key area with a Thermal Cameras . Again Amazing !!! The next morning we did get the Raccoon and everyone involved did an Awesome job ! Then we did a how did all happen and what could we do to seal and Rodent Proof the house . The fact finding was the entry points was Gutter down spouts …. Yes Raccoons can climb up the Down Spouts to enter the SOFFITS !!! Amazing!!!!! David came the next day and Sealed the 6 areas Total Rodent Proof and the Quick Catch Warranty… In Summary this is exactly how this experience happened , from the emergency call to the total resolution. Extremely positive people and highly technical. Willing to go over and above to provide Customer Satisfaction ! Thank again for all the efforts Amazing!!!! Don & Terry Reuss

Christopher of Quick Catch has been working with me twice a week for the last several weeks to trap rats that tore through my AC duct work and shredded the insulation for two units-one in the attic and the other under the house. Chris has been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. After being told by 4 pest control companies that they do not go under the house or seal any entry/exit points, finding Quick Catch was a true blessing!!! The first thing Chris did was seal all possible entry points to contain the rats so that we would know we got them all. Then he returned twice a week to check the traps he had set out. If you have wildlife pests of any kind, Quick Catch is the BEST company to call. You won’t be disappointed!

David just left my home and did a excellent job of removing the Black Racer snake from my home. He arrived faster than expected to keep our family safe. He is very professional and gave good advice as he snake laid down snake deterrent and checking the outside if our home. Thank you, David.
