One of the nurses was nasty when I asked to go to the bathroom. She moved my rail and said get up. When I told her I needed help she kept telling me get up she was not playing this up and down game. I have no idea why she was acting like that. I’m a patient that came in an ambulance. Was throwing up. I had became dizzy at a restaurant and passed out and she wanted me to walk unaided to the bathroom. I ask where it was and she said down on the left past the gray curtain. I had no idea where and told her it was too far. It was like she was angry with me. She did walk down with me eventually once I got myself out of bed unaided. I have a pain in top of my rib cage and told her. No one checked it out. I’m going today to my primary to have checked. The experience was baffling to me. I was not kept up to date as to what was going on. The nurse who took my vitals prior to being discharged was very sweet. When I needed to go to the bathroom again she got a wheelchair and took me. Overall experience was less than good. I left not knowing why I passed out and no test done to evaluate that or my rib cage pain.

From the moment I walked into the emergency room to the moment I left the hospital bed I had the best care I've ever had. Your staff is amazing. It didn't matter whether it was the young man that wheeled me up to my new room or the cleaning lady that came in every day to make sure my room was clean. Every person we're friendly and helpful. I was so impressed by your staff that took care of me. They were genuinely concerned and at such a terrible time of my life they made me feel safe and secure. Whatever you're doing don't stop. We need more people like this in our world

For the most part I felt like I was treated like a VIP. The first three days I had Jessica as my day nurse and Meghan as my nurse technician. Both of them went out of their way to make me feel better and comfortable with what was going on and why. The names of other nurses and technicians who took care of me also deserve recognition. Carolina, Kristie, Katie, Chrissy and Andrea a night LPN. Two of them on the job for only 6 months and they were really on the ball. Other nurses not mentioned did an average job. Dr Aust was very proactive in getting me onto antibiotics for the toe infection and making sure my blood and vitals were good too. Dr Z the podiatrist on duty also did a great job. Finally Dr Gabriel was awesome. Each doctor explained in detail what they were doing and why. It was refreshing to be treated with such respect and I am so happy I got into Morton Plant Hospital.

Been here since 2 seen two groups go through the ER and half way on their 3rd. It's now 6:15. Apparently everybody else was in dire condition. I was also told that they had a room that was being cleaned and hour ago for me. Still not available. Worst hospital ER I have ever been too. They wouldn't provide me my results, which they would have no UA had I not done it myself. And unless I went back to a room they cannot provide me my results. They just claimed it was covid and my urine was unremarkable. But I'm pretty sure from my UT history that my brown clouded urine was a clear indication of my kidney issue. But they don't care here. Good luck to those whom may seek services from this hospital. Unless your dying, they don't rightly care.

I have been going there for over 6 years now. I haven't had to much problem there. Hospitals are all the same. You have to be a little bit patient. Maybe the next time you go you would have a better experience.
You are using the incorrect medical resource. An emergency room is for emergencies. They will treat you and recommend further follow up. You need to seek care from the recommendations most ikely given in your discharge paper work

Get directions from the front desk.
Call the volunteers at the hospital. I do not know but it sounds like a worthy cause.
In these days, security is a serious issue unfortunately.
Information about the patient’s general condition and location of an inpatient, outpatient or emergency department patient may be released only if the inquiry specifically identifies the patient by name. That is HIPPA law. So according to HIPPA law it is well within the hospitals rights to call you by full name to locate you. Please read the law
I do not know I was a patient there.

William and Elizabeth Adler who were the first in our community to donate a substantial amount of money to the hospital.
Don't know. Call them to find out.
It honestly depends on which area of the hospital the patient is staying in and weather or not they have a roommate. If they are sharing a room visiting hours usually end around 9pm unless the the unit Grant's an exception. If the patient is in a private room visiting hours are generally 24/7 and only 1 guest is allowed to sleep over in the patients room.
No, they don't. However you can check the internet, and it gives you a wait time for the ER. Usually it's no longer than 10-25 minutes depending on the severity of the illness or injury. If there are tests that your primary Dr wants done, there are different departments in the hospital that you can make appointments with.. Like imaging, MRI, etc.
24/7 and 1 guest is allowed to spend the night if requested.
Ues for machine on viens. Thhe rest do t know
The wait time is based on the greatest need and staff/bed availability in the ER. if you feel the wait time is too long I suggest going to one of the little pop up ER centers around the area and if you need to be admitted to the hospital they will set up your transportation and room there.
No
