I was there for significant abdominal surgery but not for cancer. And it was a positive experience. But, I am very sorry that you're dealing with this. I can only relate to frustration with illness for many years and some doctors who really don't take the time to help you dig into your struggles to provide more care and help or solutions that you need. I don't know who you are but I've had several close friends and family battle cancer. And I'll pray that the Lord Jesus minister to you and provide healing for you. And if you don't have a relationship with Him, that you would seek Him and follow Him from this point forward.
