went there for some parts and mr byrd up front was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. the prices were better than the other pick a parts i called around to for the same parts. they made picking and grabbing parts easy for me. will be a return customer for my car part needs. keep up the good work guys 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I called in on Monday to check for a part which i had called next day paid over phone was never informed that they will call me when it's ready...ok so i then call again to make sure i can have someone pick it up still get no response on that they will call me when part is ready. Sent driver and he had to wait for part when i call to verify this a so called manager named Bird gets rude and disrespectful with me didn't even let me talk asked him why is he rude for no reason all he can say is that its a junkyard! Well guess what plenty of junkyard has items on shelf that dont need pulling.... i dont work there i called to purchase it is his responsibility to inform us if it has to be pulled or not. You need better customer service ethics and training!!!!!! Very disgusting disrespectful person name Bird no need to be a manager in my opinion

You get virtually all kinds of car/trunk parts in this place. I got a side mirror, tire rims and a ledge and cable from this place for my car. Their prices are great and competitive compared to other places and their parts are in great condition to last a long time, I hope. The only issue I had was when I had to return/replace an item. Though they refunded me after so much fuzz but seems as if they don't want you to return anything bought from them whether good or bad
