Assisting hands is a excellent company to work for they care both about the clients they serve as well as the caregivers they employ. I would recommend them to anyone that needs care for their loved ones all the ladies are kind and helpful Priscilla in particular is really helpful she makes sure she keeps in touch with you and is very good about keeping the clients and caregivers updated on what’s going on every step of the way they offer good benefits and great sign on bonus I’m proud to be working for this company!

Please make sure you read the negative reviews as they are more accurate. After having this company taking care of both of my parents for very long time, it was obvious they jerk around the staff and have little regard for the client's coverage needs. We relied on caregivers relationship heavily since the company was non-existent. I can provide many example, but the last thing they did was cancel coverage in our area and let me know the week of. There is really no excuse for that plus the icing on the cake was that the staff only found out from us that at week's end they had no job. I wrote to Alexis (the owner) who was at first very responsive but over time just did not return calls or respond to emails. I'm out of state so dependent on honest and dependable care is essential. This company does not provide this for their clients.
