Customer service is rude and unprofessional. They barely are willing to give you a minute before trying to hang up or give you any helpful information to find what your looking for. We will stay away from a careless organization like this that do the bare minimum and treat people with disrespect constantly. And we will encourage everyone we know to not go here.

They gave my mom a card confirming that to have an appointment for her knee and it just so happens to be on mlk day and close the clinic for the day. They gave my mom the appointment three months ago and she’s been in pain during the three month to wait for the appointment just for them to close. Like if you’re gonna make appointments at least make sure that the place is gonna be open that day.

It's rare to get an answer in my experience, and then it's usually patient relations person at the main hospital who just answers and sends your questions via computer to the provider. My advice: go to urgent care at the main hospital as you could die trying to get in to see your primary provider or into the local clinic day clinic

The questions of this took are not made to google, they are made by speaking to the office
Call the clinic for another appointment.
I have never had to ask that question because I have insurance that pays 100% of my prescriptions good or ax is not an insurance it's a discount card so I'm pretty sure they don't take that because Parkland Hospital is a county hospital. I do believe other pharmacies CVS pharmacies CVS kroger pharmacies and stuff may take that but I have no experience with good RX good RX thank you for allowing me to help what little I was able to. You could always call Parkland Hospital pharmacy and ask them and then you would have the true answer from the horses now itself thank you bye
Monday through Friday the doors open at 7am for the walk in clinic. First 20 patients are seen, sometimes less. Saturday the doors open at 8am for walk in clinic.
Yes. Only closed on New year's day.
There is no emergency doctor at this clinic. The doors open at 7am. There are people lined up as early as 5-6am. Please be aware that the clinic is now open on Saturday's for walk-in and doors open at 8am.
I think so

The bluitt Flowers clinic on Overton rd is in oak cliff near I-35 and Beckley ave, behind South Oak cliff high school
^ no they dont i LEGIT live right near the hospital and that’s false lol
NO you don't have to live in Garland. In fact, you don't even need to live in the USA. Just speak Spanish and you are at the front of the line.
You have to call and schedule an appointment first.
I been calling for a week already
NO ... you do not automatically qualify if you have very low income. I am 100% disabled and only receive Social Security Disability income at $2,,000 a month. I worked and paid taxes for over 40 years. I served in the military for six years with an honorable discharge. My wife is my full time care taker. She can't work and has no income. But we do not qualify since healthcare.gov says I should buy health insurance. The lowest premium is $500 a month with a $6,000 annual deductible. Our situation is a nightmare. Don't expect any help from city, county, state, or federal governments. They don't care if you live or die in the street. Only billionaire political donors get tax relief. They ain't gonna pay for your stinkin' medical care.
You have to get in line and request an appointment. Seeing a financial counselor to get an appointment will likely take an hour in itself.
