Amazing staff great frames with many to choose from have been having all my eyes checked here and my lenses put in beautiful lasting frames also my whole family goes here including my 4 yr old granddaughter she loves going to her appointments 15+years thanks for all y’all do for us!!! ♥️ ❤️ 😇

My 2 sons and I had our first experience with Optimart in the last 2 weeks. I can’t say enough good things about our experience and the staff. All of the staff were very patient with my children and they never felt rushed. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The only thing I would say (and it’s not necessarily a criticism) is that it would have been nice for all of us to have our appointment on the same day. I understand why they don’t do that so that will not deter me from continuing to use them. I can’t recommend them enough!

This was my first time at opti-mart and it was a pleasant experience. The staff for the most part was very helpful and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. It is a very clean establishment located in the same plaza as Rural King. The only downsides is that I feel the Dr. Chaney could have taken more time explaining things and the assistant got my insurance benefit wrong.
