I've just inspected a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit today 11/7/2018. Veterans service will inspect Friday. I found it very clean with nice working appliances etc. I'm signing paperwork Friday. Yeah, I'm aware couple of deadbeats live here or have and complain, but most are 40+, quiet and aren't trying to put a 4 room house and family/friends into a small unit. You can see who they are in reviews etc.

horrible experience. Landlord is a slumlord. and alot of pill-heads, and drug addicts in his apartments. landlord does anything to move people in just to collect rent. takes him forever to fix something. DONT RENT FROM HIM.
