Have had camper here along time didn't intend to have to move it out to protect it but was needed. Had two motorhomea beside us with no issues last camper trip there old boat next to us that was over the line which made us over on other side, lot 17. Our camper was scuffed by that boat. I letTammy know who was concerned and said they would contact owner. I said we will try to run out they scrape. After weeks we went back boat same over the line. I went in talked to Tammy and Lou said that boats been here since August parked and owner never came back. I have pic with embossed date that boat was not there that's along. They didn't not reach out to owner to have them move it over. Lou was just yo quick to answer with untruth words. Obviously they have the owner info call them, email them, something as your camper was not safe there anymore. It was easier to just being camper home than to have a discussion with this manager. Our camper will sit in your yard or on our street till we find a safe place. Carla Nichols

Lou the Manager was absolutely wonderful. Very professional. The storage units were shown to us so we could decide what size we needed. We also rented a truck which he helped us pick which size would be good for us. The entire place was very clean. We are very impressed and would recommend Hide-Away Storage for your U-Haul and storage needs

From the minute we walked into the office at Hide-Away Storage we knew we were in good hands. From the Manager to everyone else we dealt with here we were treated as valued customers. They answered every question and helped us through every process....even set us up for auto pay. We will highly recommend Hide-A way in future as we have already sent customers there way.
