It took 4 hours before they put me at the dock. All my hours gone to drive delivery. You wait in line behind 6 or 7 trucks. They are kinda nice, bur still not worth it to get loaded here.

Arrived at 2:50pm. Appointment was at 3pm. Checked in & was given a dock right away. Plenty of space to back into. You can also get a case of water if they have any. Didn't get loaded till 11:30pm.

Had an opportunity to meet the folks who run their transportation. Great team, very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone in the building seemed genuinely happy to be there.

The last three times we have bought a case of water bottles they have been messed up. They will not sit up straight and this time (7/10/2022) we got a bottle that we completely empty with a rusty residue left inside. This isn’t the first time we have have an empty bottle within a case, but the residue concerns me. Only leaving three stars because I love the taste of this water, but the last few months is just not okay between lack of quality, and lack of communication. I left a message with them and they never responded.
