Picked up my new prosthetic today. ZBL is so awesome ! Jesse had me in for a consult.... a couple days later I went back for the first cast. A week later he had 1st test socket, fit great ! .... a week after that(today) I picked up finished product. He spent the time adjusting & making sure I was walking correctly wearing it. He really knows what he’s doing & cares about the fit, comfort & function of the prosthetics he makes ! Not only is my new leg a perfect fit, it’s a lot lighter than my 1st one. The girls up front are very nice and professional and make every appointment smooth as can be. The other techs I met, the same ! I go back in a week just to check up & Jesse told me if I have any issues I just need to come see him and we’d get it straight. I’m very pleased & thankful to ZBL & highly recommend them ! I would like everyone know that OPC of Zephyrhills is one of the best around. They are very compassionate With what they do with their patients. I feel that they are family and they always show how Concern they are for you from the phone calls to the building of actual prosthetic and delivering a great product to their patients. I will say that I highly recommend them as a awesome group of people and they show that it isn’t just a job. I thank God that He put them in charged of my prosthetic and make it with love and compassion. Just a huge shout out to them and thank you for the wonderful service that y’all do provide. Highly recommend! They were able to fit my 1 year old with a brace for his scoliosis with little fuss. The practioners are extremely educated and helpful and the office staff was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return for any future orthotic needs.
