Dr Klein is nice and helpful but the staff, in office and on the phone, is extremely rude and unhelpful. We were all 4 patients there and we will never go back. So many bad comments on Google about this staff… not surprised.

The associates were rude and extremely unhelpful. They even hung up on me that last time I called. I was never rude or abusive on the phone and didn’t deserve that kind of disrespectful unprofessional behavior. They were completely unconcerned and didn’t even try to help me when I was completely out of contacts. It was clear that they didn’t want to be bothered. I would never go back there and hope that anyone looking for an eye doctor stays far away from these unprofessional and unhelpful associates. It’s a real shame because I actually thought the doctor was great. It’s just the people working for him that are terrible.

Wonderful experience. The young lady who helped me, Chelsea I think was her name, was outstanding!! Polite and very knowledgeable. She made my experience a good one from the second I walked through the door! No complaints from me!

Excellent quality eye care and glasses to fit any budget. Far better than any department store chain or optical chain. Dr. Klein not only takes care of annual eye exams he also takes care of medical issues with your eyes. He is thorough and simply is the best. His frame selection is excellent and high quality. The lens are the most up to date technology that everyone needs. I have read 2 negative posts and it is annoying to see that people can't know their own insurance. How do you expect an office that takes many insurances to be mind readers on what insurance you have.
