I had an urgent problem with my RV and I called several mobile techs who couldn't help. I then found that there was a Camping World in Kissimmee, and everything changed. I called and spoke with Chris who was so kind, helpful and professional. They were able to help me immediately which I was not expecting. Not only was my problem fixed, they helped with secondary issues and changed a miserable day into such a nice experience! I was kept informed of what was happening and consulted before anything was touched. I am beyond happy that I found them! I believe the name of my technician was Justin and he was wonderful. Again so down to Earth and professional. THANK YOU to all those in Service who went WAY above and beyond to help me! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Camping World If Kissimmee is AWESOME!! The whole staff is great, this was my first experience with buying a camper and they all made the process so easy and smoother. Rachel, our first sales person was amazing very knowledgeable about the product and also very patient with us. Rose was the other sales person that helped us and she was just as awesome and had a keen eye for detail and making sure everything was correct. Izzy the Sales Manager/finance guy lol was so helpful with the financing and giving us information and recommending products that we would absolutely need. The owner owns a ton of stores and is probably of the belief that your concern is not his. Personally when I had a problem with sprint about 15 years ago, I emailed every email I could find then proceeded to blast them on social media repeatedly. Public image is all they care about

I don't know of any fraud committed on the part of CW. I can't answer this question because I do not have enough information (details on the problem and location of dealership). Sorry if you had bad experience. I have not in this respect.
Just to set the record straight, Tony brought his unit in for an insurance claim which we worked up for him and got approved at no cost to him. I will let Tony and everyone else know we made our estimate off of how the coach was dropped off to us which we have the picture documentation. He himself said he got paid a rediculous amount over and above what he thought he would get for his claim which includes the floor which was dented by the limb pieces that went through the roof. Tony was paid through his insurance company for all repairs and then tried to get money from us for the same repairs which is insurance fraud. We have spoke to his insurance adjuster who agrees. I have treated Mr.Cane with respect through the whole process, and will continue to even with the many names he has called me, my staff, and my regional staff. If anyone has been bullied its me, my company and my staff. I will continue to fight this with the truth as I always have and wish nothing but good for Tony Lorne

Your washer dryer manual should have a place noted in it where to get service. Perhaps they have a service number, also in the manual. Hope this helps.
I learned that when the storm comes the have a slightly different return policy on generators. Some people buys generators use them for a week and since the power comes back they want to return it and get their money back. We were told one guy said he never used it and had it really taped up so they open it to check and it gaf gas in it. This policy is good and bad because it hurts the honest people but it also prevents them from selling something used as a new item. Also keeps people from getting free use of something that could be rented at big box store like home depot.
