So how do you get the owner involved...I see other comments where the owner apologizes and gives an email address to communicate further. I've sent emails to that address with no response....I think it's a scam like the rest of the company.

The owner owns a ton of stores and is probably of the belief that your concern is not his. Personally when I had a problem with sprint about 15 years ago, I emailed every email I could find then proceeded to blast them on social media repeatedly. Public image is all they care about

The original problem started when CW took the piece of wood that i laid on the floor and dug it into the floor to add to my claim. Lorne is right about one thing, i did get paid for my floor by my ins. company. I'm just discusted with Lorne and his crew for lying about the whole thing. Its my camper on my property and i have the pictures and they just won't admit what they did.

I don't really know what to comment on here. Hopefully your issue gets resolved. Was your original problem with service?
