Do you think that a GM would want to get to the bottom of who committed fraud in his shop....I would, I wouldn't just blow it off but that's what the GM and the regional GM did. I guess they think if they ignore it then it will go away.

I have pictures of a piece of wood stuck in my roof. I took it out and layed it on the floor when I brought the camper to Lorne. All of a sudden, they claim it struck the floor also. They thought they were getting the job and tried to beef up the job.

What is the alleged fraudulent act?
