So here is a good one about CW. I see some bad reviews that have gotten a response from the "Owner" I called the number they left and it was just the reception lady for CW...if that doesn't tell you they don't care about the customer nothing will...

So how do you get the owner involved...I see other comments where the owner apologizes and gives an email address to communicate further. I've sent emails to that address with no response....I think it's a scam like the rest of the company.

Do you think that a GM would want to get to the bottom of who committed fraud in his shop....I would, I wouldn't just blow it off but that's what the GM and the regional GM did. I guess they think if they ignore it then it will go away.
