If you're arriving here for the first time be aware that they have an outdoor bank style vacuum tube chute for delivering the gate pass to you so carefully line up close enough to it so you can reach it from your cab window. Luckily it was a slow time when I arrived and no one was behind me or in the lane next to me so I could see the checkin person inside and she directed me to use it. Reading a story from a previous driver posted here I count myself fortunate that I was the only one in line at the time. The people all seemed friendly enough from guard shack to Shipping ofc. I had a drop n hook and I found plenty of empties to select from. I hope you have the same good fortune.. Cheers

BE READY TO WAIT!!!! Very rude! This costumer can be a pain in the but generally IMO but this is definitely my worst experience. There doesn’t seem to be a uniform way of doing things with Lowe’s. Each location operates differently. I had never been to this location and I waited in line over an hour. There was a guard outside though he did not instruct me to do anything. I just did what I saw the other drivers do which was slide your tandems. All Lowes don’t require that either. I was in the far right lane and there is a tube they use in the left lane. There were so many trucks I never saw the tube. I had only moved just slightly passed it. The guard went into the building because he watched me the entire time and never instructed me to use the tube. I know he saw me because when he approached me he said u were supposed to use the tube . “They” told me to tell you to go to the end of the line. I asked why couldn’t I just walk back and use the tube he said idk that’s what “THEY” told me to tell you!!! No other driver could use the tube because I was still in front of the tube. I didn’t disturb the process in anyway there were just being nasty!!! Wow!!! So this was a punishment I suppose. No signs posted either or policy saying u will be turned away to the end of the line!!! How childishly nasty!! The line was even longer the second time than when I first arrived. Got to this place at 12:15pm and it’s 2:22 and I’m still in line so I had plenty of time to write this!!! Over hrs for a drop!!! One guard checking in idk how many truck. Completely disgusting!! Not that Lowe’s cares but this is one driver that will never experience this rude behavior or unnecessary headache ever again!! Drivers don’t have hrs to give away because people just feel like being nasty and petty! Well I DONT!!! Don’t waste precious hrs drivers!! Watch out for that tube! These folks are wicked and there is no competent assistance available!! Beware and more importantly be aware!!
