We have all experienced "going where no man has gone before". Simple for some,daunting for others. This location deserves maximum stars for assistance provided. Cameron's kindness, should not be overlooked or taken for granted. It's rare today to find service reps that aid beyond the scope of job description. He not only assisted me with my issue at hand,but also directed me to the nearby postal drop, enabling me to meet specified time requirements. Wish I could do more to thank you. Really disappointed with the customer service here. I called in ahead of time to have a bulk amount of flyers printed for my company. I went to pick up and found the flyers were not printed to scale. There is a distinct color boarder and the printing messed up the entire boarder. The sales person didn't even apologize just said they didn't know it was going to turn out that way...the manger came up and said he would reprint to scale and have to cut. I didn't have time to waste and they didn't even offer a discount or anything to redeem the mistake and inconvenience. This should have been communicated from the start. Just wasted everyone's time and money.

Really poor communication from staff. I unintentionally came in before closing for a very quick and simple service. Having not been out much since the pandemic started, I was unaware of hours of operation and the front door was too cluttered with stickers to easily find store hours. I do understand not being able to help a customer because you are about to close. I do not understand not telling me that you are about to close, so I dont leave feeling angry and dismissed. I do not understand not offering alternative solutions like taking an order for me to pick up later, suggesting I come back the following day, or directing me to another location with later closing times. I will choose another location for future services.
