Elk Grove UPS has got to be the worst UPS's I've been to. I was shipping out a hoodie in which I forgot to peel the Lithium Battery Sticker. The employee said she couldn't take the package because of it. I said can't I just peel the sticker off? It would be like it wasn't there right? No. She said "Unfortunately, I already saw the sticker." Bro what. Why can't I just peel the sticker and it would be like it was never there? I understand there's procedures which I respect, but seriously, its a sticker. What a waste of time. I had to drive to another UPS to drop off this one package.

I had a package diverted here as no one would be home to sign for it. However, when trying to pick up— my package was no where to be found. Apparently they sent it to USPS “unintentionally.” Item was very valuable, and can’t imagine how it could be lost. Not to mention the fact that it’s Friday at 7pm & they said there’s nothing that can be done at this point. William the manager isn’t so helpful right now. DONT SEND YOUR PACKAGES HERE.

Owner of this store is not honest. I had a item taken from its package during shipping. There coverage is worthless he will not honor it. Said I have to prove it was in the box but they never ask to see what's in the box when it was shipped. Spoke to him on the 5th of Dec he told me he would file my claim and never did. Now he says he will not deal with this problem. Never use this store!! Update today 01/04/21 he filed the claim this morning over 3 weeks from when he said he would.

Yes, our hours on Sunday are 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Hours may vary on holidays, please visit our website for our latest hours and more information.
You can just go into the UPS store to get your fingerprints done. I do not know if they do the for passports, but they do take fingerprints, and they have staff that are able to take them any time. You don't have to make an appointment, however, it cannot hurt to call the ahead.
Not at this time UPS does not offer this currently in thier system
We do have a $20.00 rolling fee, but we cannot tell you the final total for your background check, until you arrive with the correct live scan paperwork, we insert the information into the Department of Justice data base and they then tell us what the total fee will be to complete your background check
