You stay in the line for 20-30 minutes to talk to customer service to figure out what's the best mailing option for your box, they ask one question and send you to the side to take care of it. Wait more time to go back to them, then they ask you another question and send you to the side. Like they assume everyone knows how their system works and what kind of questions to expect. Then other people come and skip the line under the excuse of just dropping mail and take the time of customer service for 10 minutes while everyone else are waiting in the line, and they chit-chat with each other like it's normal. And I intentionally chose this USPS facility over others in the area because it has a tiny bit better review, but their intelligence and care is not above 2 stars.

Not the best customer service. They always have long line, staffs were not too friendly but they pretty much get your mailing things done. The lady manager wasn't helpful at all.She talked loudly and rude to us who were in line

USPS in general is the best!! No other shipping/ delivery service can beat USPS they are very reliable and you are guaranteed to get your package before the expected delivery date! Thank you USPS!! Love you!!

The appointment for the passport service was great! The employee carefully reviewed all of my documents, explained the process thoroughly and had me out in 15 minutes. If you want to be served on a walk-in basis, this USPS location has a first-come/first-serve ticket process. The passport office is open 7 days a week, from 10:30-6:30 p.m. Please be patient with the employees, they're doing the best they can with the high increase in passport applications. Fortunately, they're one of the few locations that accept walk-ins!

Try to make an appointment online. They will likely be 30 days out, but it is the only guaranteed way to get in. Otherwise get there before opening at 1030 am and wait for a ticket and they may see you during the business hours

They take all three forms of payment. You might want to be sure to do it by credit card. Checks aren't always as welcome however they do take them.
