He wasn't wrote up they just didn't their job right so the needed a escape goat.He was willing to take a write up but they never did

So what did he do the other two times to get written up? I myself have also been here over 10 years and know the HR policy. He wouldn't have been fired for just that, as it requires 3 write ups for a termination.
